Characteristics: medium to big sized clusters, pyramidal shaped. compact. Medium sized berry, with pruinose peel

 

Vinification:

 soft crushing of the grapes with a stalk-remover. The vinification in red and the fermentation is made along with the peel for about 5-6 days at cement vats. The conservation of the wine is in iron vats

Wine characteristics:

 ruby red coloured with fresh perfume, you can feel delicate species. Dry taste, harmonious

Food matching:

 it matches perfectly with the appetizers and first dishes

Tasting:

 at a temperature of 16 -18° C
