Characteristics: Medium sized clusters, pyramidal shaped. Medium sized berry, ellipsoidal shape with very consistent peel
Vinification:
crushing of the grapes with a stalk-remover. The vinification is made along with the peel for about 8-10 days The conservation of the wine is in iron vats
Wine characteristics:
ruby red coloured with characteristic perfume, light, but with a great taste and with good body
Food matching:
it matches perfectly with white meat, red meat, and medium stationed cheese
Tasting:
at 18 – 20°C
