Characteristics: medium cluster, long and cylindrical, golden yellow berry.

Vinification:

 by a soft pressing and pure fermentation for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18 – 20° C

Wine characteristics:

 straw yellow with green reflections; intense, delicate, fine bouquet. Persistent, dry and slightly aromatic

Food matching:

 can be tasted with delicate appetizers, sea food, vegetables and white meat. Can be tasted as an aperitif

Tasting:

 at a temperature of 8 – 10°C. Suggested to drink young
