Tasting notes: garnet red, with a long, intense nose and full flavour.
Great structure. Aged for ten months in the cask.
Its properties mean it can be kept for several years.

Serving temperature: best at 18/20°.

Food pairings: particularly recommended with aromatic and flavoursome dishes.

Excellent with every kind of food, especially typical Piedmontese cuisine.
